Skin Care Routine
Taking care of your skin in my very own
opinion, starts from the moment you wake up. I hope you agree with
me. If you want your skin to be more beautiful then start caring for
it at the very moment you are awake. Always tell yourself that life
is beautiful and that your body is ready to face this new day with
enthusiasm and anticipation of that happiness that is coming.
Condition your mind right away so that you will not take your body
for granted. Your body is very important and you should love it. When
you love your body you will see to it that it will be really taken
cared of. Always inspect anything that enters your body. This
involves food, drinks, and maybe even thoughts. Sounds difficult
thing to do right? This just needs practice and believing that it can
really be done. Avoid food, drinks and thoughts that you think will
harm your body. You are surprised why I am including thoughts. As I
have said in my previous articles that stress is also one of the
reasons for aging fast. Stress can be caused by bad decisions in
life. Stress can be minimized or maybe totally eliminated if you
always do the right decisions or by just avoiding bad habits. Don't
stress yourself. Take life easy. Enjoy it.
Now going back to food and drinks, Take
everything in moderation. If it is difficult to always eat the
right food then enjoy everything but at least don't forget when to
stop. Be in control of everything that you do. Discipline yourself.
You want to look good right? So the key is discipline. At first, it is not easy so you need to practice it. Be patient but determined. It is for your own good. For your own health and beauty. Many people
have accomplished it and I'm sure you too can do it. Today is the best day to START.
